How to change hatch pattern properties in AutoCAD

1. a)Open AutoCAD application from desktop shortcut icon or start menu. b)Click on “Open icon” and select “CH10_EXERCISE1” file then click on “Open” button to open the document. 2.Type “HATCH” in command window and press ENTER KEY. After pressing ENTER KEY AutoCAD displays Hatch creation ribbon. 3.Now select “ANSI32” hatch pattern from Patterns panel. Then pick the shown enclosed area to add the hatch pattern. 4.Now change the pattern as “ANSI37” by selecting the pattern from Pattern list. 5.Now change the hatch scale as “2” by entering a value in hatch pattern scale box at hatch property panel. 6.Now enter “45” as hatch angle. 7.Change the hatch color as “RED” from properties panel. 8.Now press ENTER KEY to accept the hatch settings. 9.Save the file clicking on “Save” icon from quick access menu.
